1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing this website or submitting an enquiry or booking request, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or its services.

2. Age Requirement
This website and all services offered by ST Privé are intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years or over. By using this website or making an enquiry, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

3. Booking Requests
All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance. Submitting an enquiry or booking request does not guarantee that an appointment will be confirmed.
ST Privé reserves the right to decline or cancel any enquiry or booking request at its discretion.

4. Deposits and Booking Confirmation

Due to rising inflation and increasing hotel and operating costs, all appointments must be secured with either a deposit or a confirmed AdultWork booking. A booking is not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received or the AdultWork booking has been successfully completed and accepted.

This policy has been introduced to help protect against no-shows and late cancellations while allowing ST Privé to maintain competitive pricing rather than increasing rates.

Trusted regular clients may, at ST Privé's discretion, be exempt from this requirement based on previous booking history and an established relationship.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Unless otherwise agreed:

Deposits are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed.
Requests to reschedule should be made as early as possible. For advance bookings, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required. For same-day bookings, rescheduling requests must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Late cancellations, failure to provide the required notice, or failure to attend a confirmed appointment may result in the loss of any deposit paid.

6. Pricing
Prices displayed on this website are subject to change without prior notice. Bespoke arrangements, travel, accommodation, venue hire, or additional requests may incur supplementary charges, which will be discussed in advance where applicable.

7. Conduct
ST Privé expects all communications and interactions to remain respectful, courteous, and professional. Abusive, threatening, unlawful, or inappropriate behaviour may result in the refusal or immediate cancellation of services without obligation to proceed.

8. Website Information
Every reasonable effort is made to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, ST Privé does not guarantee that all content will always be complete, accurate, or free from errors or omissions.
